- One hour of asynchronous check ins per month – short slots up to 15 minutes. Drop me a message or voice note with what you need, and I’ll send it within 48 hours. Energy work? Mentorship? Tapping video? Quick card pull? We can discuss ways to suit you to use this time – perhaps a weekly card pull and tapping video works for you? Or a Wednesday lunch break vent? Support in your pocket, when you need it.

One online, and one in person constellation club per month. Family and Systemic Constellation work, a chance to create more coherence, co-operation, and community, as we bring back into union what separated us.
If you’re local to me, you can attend both sessions if you like.
Personal sessions
You get me for 90 minutes a month, we’ll craft a bespoke session for whatever you need at that time. Contact me to arrange date and time that works for you each month. Sessions cannot be rolled over, you must take time for yourself every month.
Asynchronous check ins – sometimes you don’t need a full session, or you simply can’t find time for one. You’ve got one hour worth of booster opportunities per month, to keep you going.
